Crystal was working as a Marketing Manager before completing her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Her husband threw her a curve ball in her career path when he asked her to set up BDS Civil & Construction. She has since completed courses in accounting and business management which has enabled her in her role as business manager. Crystal plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, financial management, operational oversight and team leadership.
